Field Marketing Manager, Japan

To drive pipeline growth in Japan, the full-time Senior Channel Field Marketing Manager will manage integrated marketing execution, develop regional programs, and strengthen partner relationships while working remotely. Key responsibilities Own and execute the integrated marketing plan for Japan, aligned to APJ revenue priorities and sales targets Develop multi-touch programs including events, webinars, and digital campaigns to drive measurable pipeline and partner engagement Support regional sales teams with campaign strategy, market insights, and program execution Required qualifications 6+ years in B2B technology marketing, ideally within Cybersecurity Strong experience across field marketing, channel/partner marketing, and demand generation Proven success supporting revenue teams and delivering measurable pipeline growth Fluent in Japanese and English Experience working with indirect routes to market including VARs and service providers
