Hosting over 70 showcases and tournaments a year, we specialize in premium experience for prospects and players at all levels of competition.You will be working as a Field Manager for our Prep Redzone 7on7 Tournament on Saturday and Sunday, January 31st-February 1st at Hoover Met Multi-Purpose Field in Hoover, AL. You will be paid $18 an hour via direct deposit.Responsibilities and DutiesThe Field Generals will be in charge of maintaining order during the game and ensuring the rules are enforced properly.If there is a dispute on the interpretation of a rule - the field manager can act as a liaison between the ref and the coach to make sure the rules are enforced properly.Each field manager would get a copy of the rules prior to the tournament.
