Invitation Homes is seeking a Field Maintenance Technician to support our single-family rental homes. In this role, you will complete scheduled and resident-requested repairs, troubleshoot basic electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and appliance issues, and perform exterior and interior maintenance to ensure homes are safe, functional, and move-in ready. You’ll inspect properties, document work performed, and update service orders using mobile tools.
Working independently in the field, you’ll interact professionally with residents, vendors, and team members, prioritizing work orders, ensuring quality standards, and upholding our performance, safety, and customer service expectations.
