Hawx Pest Control is seeking a Field Lead to work out of the Sacramento service center. You will perform pest management services throughout the year and help the General Manager lead the team, with the flexibility to scale up during peak season.
You will coach Service Pros, train staff on customer concerns, and foster a culture of safety, excellence, and longevity. A 1–2 year management background, valid state licenses, a 21+ age requirement, and a 50 lb lifting capability are required.
