Water Transfer Field LaborerAs a Water Transfer field laborer, you'll be hands-on in the field—setting up, operating, and maintaining pumps, pipelines, and water systems that support Completions activities.Key ResponsibilitiesSet up/tear down pumps, piping, and related systemsTruck spotting.Operate and maintain water transfer equipmentMonitor water levels, pressures, and perform equipment checksFollow all Albatross Ventures and Clients customer safety policies and standard operating proceduresCommunicate clearly and work well in a teamTravel to job sites as neededCommunicate with supervisor, other Albatross Ventures employees and occasionally with customer and other customer contractors to maximize performance of equipment and operationsComplete appropriate documentation and paperwork, including but not limited to, maintaining logs of operating conditions, execution and issues and report any irregularitiesOther duties as may be assignedRequirementsPossess a valid driver's license and meet company insurability requirementsRequired to successfully complete a background check and drug screening prior to being hired This is a safety sensitive position subject to random drug testingStrong communication and teamwork skillsAbility to take direction from supervisors, focus attention on details, follow work rules and keep required work schedules.Prior oil & gas or water transfer experience a plusPhysical Demands/Working Environment:Ability to work in outdoors, physically demanding environmentsSchedule:12-hour shifts | Days & Nights | Overtime & WeekendJob Type: Full-timeBenefits:Full complement of benefits available after probationary periodCompensation: $17.00 per hourAlbatross Ventures provides transportation services primarily in to the oil and gas industry with water trucks being the primary service.
