Join Our Team As Field Worker

We are a rapidly growing concrete and asphalt crushing company looking for a reliable and hardworking field worker to join our team as we expand our market to Texas. Our 20 mobile teams move from one job site to another, crushing debris in customized sizes for various projects. We pride ourselves on our dedicated team, hands-on training, and commitment to safety. If you are reliable, willing to learn, and want to work with heavy machinery, this could be the perfect job for you.

You will need to travel to the company headquarters in Riverview, Florida, for new employee onboarding and skills training. Some of the job training will take place outside the state of Texas. Once employees receive training, they will work with a team in Texas, but understand that this is a mobile position with no permanent work location. At Crush-It, we are pleased to expand our markets in many of the metropolitan areas of Texas, including San Antonio, Austin, Dallas, and Houston, among others.

The Job:

• Help the crushing team with the organization and maintenance of the workplace.
• Communicate regularly with the foreman and team operators to understand daily tasks.
• Perform general labor tasks such as cleaning, organizing tools, and moving materials.
• Support routine maintenance tasks under the supervision of team members.
• Follow safety protocols and use the appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Learn the basics of the equipment with experienced team members, preparing for the transition to a more specialized position.
• Travel 5 to 6 days a week with hotel accommodation to various job sites with the team.

• Preferably basic knowledge in mechanics.
• Availability to travel regularly and stay overnight as needed.

• Compliance with company procedures and policies.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
