Field Installation SpecialistThe Field Installation Specialist is responsible for performing on-site work at InsulTech customer locations, including the installation, troubleshooting, modification, and support of insulation blanket systems.Key Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To:Review and understand the scope of work for each projectOvernight travel to customer job sites as requiredInstall, modify, and support insulation blanket systemsAccurately document all work performedFollow all company SOPs and site-specific safety requirementsUse basic math skills to complete job tasksSafely and effectively use hand toolsTroubleshoot issues and assist in resolving problemsCommunicate effectively with customers, team members, and internal staffPerform additional duties as assigned by leadershipEssential Job Functions:Lift up to 50 lbs as requiredOperate a pallet jackSafely use ladders and other access equipmentFollow all safety protocols, including PPE, tie-off procedures, and monitoring requirementsComply with safety policies and report incidents promptlyTrack and report mileage, travel time, and job hours accuratelyUnderstand job scope and identify required materials (job number, PO, etc.)Document job conditions before and after workUse basic hand tools (scissors, tape measure, utility knife, screwdriver, pliers, stapler)Troubleshoot and resolve issues on-site when possibleOperate mechanical equipment (sewing machines, generators, etc.)Read and interpret installation maps and proceduresCommunicate effectively before, during, and after assignmentsComplete required paperwork (billing, payroll, inventory tracking)Maintain punctuality and reliable attendanceMaintain professional conduct and appearanceMaintain tools and equipment to minimize jobsite disruptionsKeep work areas clean and organizedPerform quality checks prior to leaving the jobsiteDemonstrate willingness to learn and take directionTools Required:After completion of the probationary period, employees will be provided with a basic tool kit and are responsible for its maintenance.
