In addition, you will:Understand and implement MasTec Communications Group's Health, Safety, and Environmental Policies (Safety Manual)Understand and implement industry standards (OSHA, TIA10-48, NATE CTS, and ANSI)Ensure safety requirements at your sites and with your crewOversee the daily operations and quality of work performed at assigned sitesMaintain daily paperwork required for the site and the crewImplement and follow through with job instructions provided by leadershipCompile all site-specific closeout documentation for your work effortUpload closeout documentation to customer interfacesCoordinate with the customer representative for site-related activities and maintain a good working relationship with the customer representativeProvide leadership, guidance, and actively train/promote learning to all crew membersAlways maintain equipment and vehicles in operational conditionValidate daily timesheets for ManagementConduct other duties as assignedQualifications include:Safety is a part of your day-to-dayYou have a track record of completing work with a high level of qualityYou have a knack for figuring out hard problems and enjoy a hands-on approach to your workYou are looking for long-term projectsYou enjoy getting your hands dirty with your teamYou have a high school diploma or general education degree (GED), and a technical degree is preferredYou have at least 5 years of industry experiencePossessing a WSA certification is a plusMust be at least 21 years oldDemonstrated expertise in construction skills, rigging, safety, and general industry knowledgeJob-related certifications, like First Aid, Safety, and RescueAbility to operate aerial lifts, man lifts, skid steers, and aerial platform equipmentAbility to read and interpret site plans, RFDS, construction drawings, and SOWAbility to pick up to 50 lbs., and be capable of working up to 12 hoursAbility to identify and distinguish colorsPossession of OSHA 10Excavator trainingValid driver's license (Applicants are subject to a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) review and must meet company standards for a safe driving record)Compensation of $37-$40 per hour, depending on the experience.
