Join the MasTec family and help us provide the highest level of quality service to our customers and communities while maintaining our commitment to safety!ResponsibilitiesLead the daily site construction work efforts to ensure the crew meets production goalsUnderstand and implement MasTec Communications Group's Health, Safety, and Environmental PoliciesEnsure safety requirements at your sites and with your crewOversee the daily operations and quality of work performed at assigned sitesMaintain daily paperwork required for the site and the crewImplement and follow through with job instructions provided by leadershipCompile all site-specific closeout documentation for your work effortCoordinate with the customer representative for site-related activitiesProvide leadership, guidance, and actively train/promote learning to all crew membersAlways maintain equipment and vehicles in operational conditionValidate daily timesheets for ManagementQualificationsSafety is a part of your day-to-dayYou have a track record of completing work with a high level of qualityYou have a knack for figuring out hard problems and enjoy a hands-on approach to your workYou are looking for long-term projectsYou enjoy getting your hands dirty with your teamYou have a High school diploma or general education degree (GED), and a technical degree is preferredYou have at least 5 years of industry experienceYou possess job-related certifications, like First Aid, Safety, and RescueYou have the ability to operate aerial lifts, man lifts, skid steers, and aerial platform equipmentYou must be able to read and interpret site plans, RFDS, construction drawings, and SOWYou must be able to pick up to 50 lbs., and be capable of working up to 12 hoursYou have the ability to identify and distinguish colorsYou have possession of OSHA 10You have a valid driver's licenseCompensation of $37-$40 per hour, depending on the experience.
