We're looking for a hands-on and technically driven Field Engineering Manager to lead field engineering support, oversee technical execution, and ensure installation quality across complex infrastructure projects. In this role, you'll serve as a critical bridge between design, field execution, and project leadership—providing technical guidance, supporting field teams, and ensuring installations align with company standards and customer expectations. You'll collaborate closely with Project Managers, Superintendents, and Quality/Commissioning teams to resolve technical issues, improve field processes, and drive consistency across projects. From pre-construction planning through testing and project turnover, you'll play a key role in ensuring teams have the tools, documentation, and support needed for successful project execution.What You'll Do – Guide the Field.
