Job Summary:
We are looking for an L1 Field Engineer to provide onsite IT support and handle IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) activities. The ideal candidate should have good troubleshooting skills and hands-on experience with desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT hardware.
Responsibilities:
- Perform onsite Install, Move, Add, Change (IMAC) activities.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, monitors, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Set up and relocate workstations and network-connected devices.
- Perform hardware replacement and basic troubleshooting.
- Assist users with basic desktop and technical issues.
- Follow site procedures and maintain proper documentation.
- Coordinate with remote support teams when required.
- Complete assigned tickets and provide timely status updates.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in Field/Desktop Support.
- Hands-on experience with IMAC services.
- Knowledge of Windows OS, desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
- Basic understanding of networking and troubleshooting.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work onsite and handle IT equipment.
