Field Enablement Director for GTM Excellence

CoreWeave is seeking a Director of Field Enablement to lead a scalable enablement charter across Sales, CX, and GTM teams. You will define programs, tooling, and content to shorten ramp time and drive predictable revenue, partnering with executives to raise the bar across the revenue organization.

You will engage with CRO, Sales, Marketing, Product, and RevOps to close capability gaps, build scalable playbooks, and drive measurable outcomes.
