Field Crisis Response Specialist — Flexible Hours & Outreach

City of Olympia is seeking a Crisis Response Specialist to provide access to emergency mental health and substance use treatment services. This role reduces calls to law enforcement and builds links to community resources while serving the downtown Olympia area.

You will engage with individuals facing houselessness, intoxication, or mental illness, transport them when needed, and work closely with the crisis response team and supervisors to ensure timely, professional support.
