This is a hands-on, field-based role working directly alongside Foremen and crews to strengthen skills, improve quality and production, and support career progression.

This role is focused on coaching and development—not supervision. You'll partner with field leadership to identify skill gaps and provide real-time, on-site training to help our teams perform at their best.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with Foremen to identify employee development needs and skill gapsProvide hands-on coaching and training to Laborers, Formsetters, Finishers, and other craft rolesObserve work in the field and deliver real-time feedback to improve quality, safety, and efficiencySupport onboarding of new hires by reinforcing jobsite expectations and standardsHelp track training progress and recommend opportunities for advancementIdentify high-potential employees and contribute to workforce development planningReinforce proper concrete methods, tools, sequencing, and company standardsPromote a strong culture of safety, accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvementDocument training progress, coaching efforts, and development plansQualifications5+ years of concrete construction experience preferredStrong working knowledge across multiple craft disciplines (Laborer, Formsetter, Finisher)Experience training, mentoring, or coaching others is highly preferredAbility to influence and develop others without formal authorityStrong communication and relationship-building skillsAbility to work in active jobsite environments and travel frequentlyWork Environment & Schedule100% field-based role across Colorado, Arizona, and WyomingFull-time, with day or night shift depending on project needsOutdoor construction environment in varying weather conditionsMust be able to lift up to 50 lbs and meet physical demands of the jobCompensation$73,000 – $90,000Benefits:Medical / Dental / Vision InsuranceLife and AD&D InsuranceSupplemental Insurance through Aflac401(k) ProgramSick/Paid Time OffWhy Join Coloscapes?At Coloscapes, we're committed to developing our people and creating clear paths for career growth.
