Technicians will complete onsite hardware repairs, whole-unit swaps, and peripheral replacements while managing service tickets in real time using the company-provided phone. Reliable transportation and strong hardware troubleshooting experience are required.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform break-fix repair services on laptops and desktopsReplace components including: motherboards, LCD screens, hard drives, keyboardsComplete whole-unit swaps and peripheral replacementsTroubleshoot hardware and basic software issuesClose service tickets in real time within the call management systemTravel throughout the assigned metro territory to customer sitesRequired Qualifications1+ years of hands-on laptop and desktop break-fix experienceExperience diagnosing Dell laptops and PCsGeneral understanding of Microsoft applicationsAbility to resolve basic to moderate technical issuesMust own a reliable vehicle and maintain valid car insuranceAbility to pass background and drug screeningAbility to complete required product trainingPreferred QualificationsComputer building or repair backgroundA+ Certification preferredA+ certification is required by the client.
