Serving as a primary resource for field members and home office partners, the full-time Field Compensation Specialist will provide guidance on compensation policies, manage advisor inquiries, and resolve complex compensation issues in a remote capacity. Key responsibilities Act as the main point of contact for Financial Advisors and Field Leadership, addressing compensation-related inquiries and providing timely support Process and maintain advisor compensation split agreements, ensuring accurate calculations and adherence to policies Investigate and resolve compensation discrepancies by coordinating with internal teams and reviewing transactions Required qualifications High School diploma 1 to 2 years of related work experience Strong data entry skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, particularly Excel Ability to interpret and apply compensation program guidelines effectively Demonstrated ability to manage sensitive interactions with field members
