Field-Based Hospice RN Case Manager – Missouri

Preferred Hospice in Missouri is seeking a Full Time RN Case Manager to serve patients in the Ozark area. You will drive to private homes and facilities, providing head-to-toe assessments, symptom management, and education to patients facing terminal illness.

You will supervise LPNs and CNAs, coordinate with a team, and work a Monday–Friday schedule with a focus on autonomy and compassionate care. Missouri-licensed RNs with reliable transportation and EMR experience are encouraged to apply;
