Roze Room Hospice of the Valley is seeking a Full‑Time Hospice RN Case Manager to be field based in Culver City / Greater Los Angeles. You will lead patient care in the home, coordinating care plans and providing compassionate, skilled nursing support with an emphasis on comfort and dignity.
As a key member of the interdisiciplinary team, you’ll supervise LVNs/CHHAs in the field, collaborate with physicians, educate families, and navigate complex cases with empathy.
