Your MissionCollaborate with customers' engineering, procurement, and quality teams, as well as Radiall's internal Engineering, Sales, and Manufacturing groupsSupport electronics projects by recommending the most effective and profitable Radiall products and solutions — including RF solutions, antennas, multipin connectors, microwave switches, and moreEstablish and maintain strong technical relationships with key customers to identify new opportunities within existing accountsAssist customers in pre-sales technical discussions to define requirements and recommend optimal solutionsNegotiate technical aspects such as specifications, compliance matrices, qualification plans, and data sheetsPrepare draft product specifications in coordination with Design EngineeringDemonstrate product functionalities and performance to customers and internal teamsCreate and deliver technical presentations to highlight product features and benefitsWork closely with the Sales team to develop new business opportunities and support customer successPartner with the Quality team to help resolve product performance issuesThe ProfileComply with ITAR, must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Legal ResidentA.S. or B.S.
in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering from a 4-year college, or equivalent experience in lieu of degreeApplications engineering and/or experience with RF, ARINC, or 38999 interconnect components is a strong assetExcellent written and verbal communication skillsSelf-motivated, technically curious, and able to work independently or as part of a cross-functional teamWillingness to travel up to 20% (may vary based on customer and project needs)Ability to work in-person at the Tempe, AZ office, with some hybrid flexibility after the training period
