Field Applications EngineerWe are looking for a motivated Field Application Engineer (FAE) to join our team and support customer projects involving enterprise data center and solutions. In this role, you will work closely with your manager and cross-functional teams to help plan, implement, and maintain customer systems. You'll assist with both internal and external communications to ensure projects run smoothly and meet customer goals.Essential duties and responsibilities include the following (other duties may also be assigned):Support senior engineers and management in coordinating projects for large enterprise customersCollaborate with internal teams (engineering, sales, and support) to deliver hardware and software solutions that meet customer requirementsHelp manage customer communications and follow up on technical issues or project updatesAssist in deploying and maintaining data center and server solutions using Intel, AMD, Nvidia and other architecturesLearn to troubleshoot systems related to computing, storage, and networking environmentsParticipate in testing, documentation, and reporting for ongoing and new projectsContribute to technical documentation such as setup guides, product notes, and knowledge base articlesSupport training and pre-sales activities by preparing materials and learning product featuresWork cross-department to ensure customer satisfaction and timely resolution of issuesAbility to build and demonstrate proof-of-concept that meets or exceeds customer business needsAbility to present the corporate brand, product messaging and solutions to customersVisit on-site facilities and operations to enable solution integration and issue resolutionSome travel required (up to 25%)Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field2+ years of experience in systems, hardware, or application engineering (internship or academic project experience plus)Basic understanding of data center architecture, CPU/GPU platforms, and storage solutionsSolid HW system design and diagnostics skillsFamiliarity with Firmware, Linux, Windows and virtualization platforms is a plusStrong interest in learning about enterprise AI and advanced computing environmentsGood communication and teamwork skills with a proactive attitudeAbility to manage multiple small tasks and projects in a fast-paced environmentIndividual must be able to work effectively in a high pressure environmentSalary Range $85,000 - $120,000 The salary offered will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role.
