Field Application EngineerRequired Skills & Experience: 8+ years of semiconductor test engineering experience with hands-on IC test development in RF, High-Speed Digital, HPC, SoC, Mixed Signal, or Analog devices.Strong ATE test program development experience on platforms such as Teradyne UltraFlex / UltraFlex Plus or Advantest V93K.Programming experience developing test solutions using C#(ideal), C++, or VB/VBA within a semiconductor test environment.Customer-facing applications or test engineering experience, including test bring-up, debugging, production release, and working directly with engineering customers.Technical background aligned to emerging Silicon Photonics testing, demonstrated through either: -Direct Silicon Photonics experience (ideal), or -Strong RF testing experience, or -Strong High-Speed Digital / HPC testing experience with ability to cross-train.Ability to travel ~25% domestically and internationallyNice to Have Skills & Experience: Silicon Photonics testing experienceTeradyne UltraFlex Plus expertiseBSEE/MSEE or equivalent in Electrical EngineeringJob Description: A Field Applications team at an Automated Test Equipment client of Insight Global is looking for a highly motivated, energetic and driven Field Application Engineer, who will work collaboratively with the team as well as independently to determine and develop imaginative, thorough, and practical application solutions.
