Field Applications Engineer – Connectors

Field Applications Engineer, ConnectorsAn established manufacturer of interconnect and electronic component solutions, with more than 80 years in the industry, is hiring a Field Applications Engineer to support its West Region territory. This role partners with customers at the engineering level to understand technical requirements and deliver interconnect solutions, while also developing accounts to support the broader regional sales team.Full-time, remote. Candidates should reside in California (preferred), Arizona, or Nevada.

Up to 40% travel is required, including periodic industry trade events.$95,000 to $115,000 per year, plus bonus.This role is responsible for generating revenue through the solicitation and acquisition of orders within the West Region territory. The engineer will drive sales growth in defined accounts to meet assigned goals, working closely with the regional sales team to identify and mine additional order opportunities in existing accounts. A core part of the role involves developing technical expertise on the company's products and applications, then applying that expertise to communicate sales opportunities and provide ongoing technical support to customers.
