Field & Events Marketing Manager (Fully Remote)

• Own end-to-end execution of conferences and trade shows.
• Run the paid webinar program and help launch Stepful's 2027 event.
• Partner with Growth leadership on event strategy.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage event logistics, budgets, staffing, and vendors.
• Set up HubSpot lead capture and post-event follow-up.
• Build repeatable playbooks and use AI tools to speed up work.
