Field Access Director — Patient Payer Strategy

Incyte Corporation is seeking a Field Access Manager to educate providers on coverage, prior authorization, and payor processes, while reducing barriers for patients. The role requires cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Patient Access, and Market Access teams to resolve access and affordability challenges.

The FAM will travel to customers in assigned geography 3–4 days per week, leveraging knowledge of payor policies and Incyte patient support programs to optimize access.
