Who They’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of experience handling complex litigation involving trusts, estates, fiduciaries, guardianships, and conservatorships, and representing beneficiaries, fiduciaries (including trustees, personal representatives, powers of attorney and health care proxies), and family members in matters such as will contests, trustee removal actions, breach of fiduciary duty claims, and contested guardianship and conservatorship proceedings.
- JD & active license in MA (additional state bars always a plus!).
