Supporting the design and implementation of interoperable public-health data exchange, the full-time FHIR/CDA Analyst will coordinate development projects, ensure compliance with industry standards, and facilitate technical discussions in a fully remote environment. Key responsibilities Develop and document technical designs for data exchange and interoperability solutions Lead cross-functional teams to translate client needs into effective technical approaches Support the application of interoperability standards and facilitate the development of CDA/FHIR specifications Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in health informatics, computer science, engineering, information technology, or a related field Six years of relevant experience in Healthcare IT, including four years in a Technical Lead role Experience implementing health IT solutions and modernizing technology for clients Strong working knowledge of public-health standards, including HL7 v2, CDA, and FHIR Proficiency with technical tools such as GitHub, Postman, and FHIR Validator
