FHA Claims QA Analyst

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Default QA FHA Claims Analyst I will be responsible for reviewing FHA Part A mortgage insurance claims for accuracy, performing quality checks, and submitting claims in compliance with company policies and regulations. Key Responsibilities Review FHA Part A claims for accuracy within specified timeframes Conduct quality checks to identify errors and communicate necessary corrections to the filing team Finalize and submit claims to the agency for payment while ensuring all required documentation is included Required Qualifications High School diploma required; some college preferred One (1) or more years of mortgage servicing default experience or QA/QC experience in another line of business Moderate knowledge of default claims processes for insurers and investors Understanding of the default servicing process, including Foreclosure, Bankruptcy, and Loss Mitigation Ability to manage work to meet strict deadlines and handle multiple tasks under pressure
