Job TitleJob Details: $18.55/Hour $2.00 shift differential Monday - Friday Shift: 9:00 PM - 5:00 AMRequirements/QualificationsThe successful candidate(s) must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation:Physical Tasks: Lift and use hand tools to assist in unloading ingredients and perform minor maintenance duties.Physical Capability: Lift up to 60 lbs. and/or up to 100 lbs. with assistance; sustain physical activity throughout the day.Must be able to climb 157 feet when the elevator is out.ResponsibilitiesThis job will require you to communicate effectively across all levels of management, including Customers and Vendors, both verbally and in written paperwork for departmentsData Accuracy: Accurately record data to ensure precision in all operations.Ingredient Management: Keep Micro bins full by carrying bags and unloading them into the micro system.

Unload trucks as necessary.Equipment Operation: Operate batching, pelleting, and grinding systems. Must unchoke mills when they have a plugged situation.System Management: Operate computerized pelleting and batching systems to batch, pellet, and route finished feed based on run schedules.Quality Assurance: Obtain and run quality analysis on required incoming ingredients. Must keep the mill floor and micro bin tops clean.Loading Operations: Operate loading equipment to ensure the correct feed type is loaded and sent to the correct farm.Task Flexibility: Organize and prioritize tasks throughout the day to adapt to changing demands.Inventory Management: Take feed bin inventory as needed.

When the elevator is down, you must be able to climb 157 feet to take inventory daily.EnvironmentEnvironmental Adaptability: Work in various environments, including hot, dry, dusty, wet, and cold conditions with heavy exposure to ingredient dust and inclement weather.Standing or walking up to 100% of the time.EquipmentSafety is always FIRST with Tyson Foods, and at Tyson all Team Members are expected to practice safety standards, policies, and procedures.
