nWhat you will do

Provide outpatient behavioral health counseling through individual, family, couples, and/or group psychotherapy using evidence-based practices.
n n - n
Serve diverse client populations, including children and adults, according to your competencies and assigned caseload.
n n - n
Deliver telehealth services from a private, professional setting and maintain the technology needed for secure virtual care.
n n - n
Complete assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and other clinical documentation within required timeframes to support quality care, compliance, and billing.

Coordinate care with families, schools, medical providers, community partners, and MOC colleagues.
n n - n
Collaborate with program leadership and multidisciplinary teams on interventions, consultations, client needs, crisis response, and positive outcomes.

Participate, as applicable, in clinical supervision, peer consultation, utilization review, quality assurance, training, and continuous improvement activities.
n n - n
Follow all ethical standards, licensing and supervision requirements, accreditation standards, privacy obligations, and organizational policies.

Who we are looking for

A master’s or doctoral degree in mental health counseling, social work, psychology, marriage and family therapy, or a closely related clinical field.
n n - n
Knowledge of a range of clinical presentations and experience serving diverse client populations.
n n - n
Strong clinical judgment, organization, communication, and collaboration skills.
n n - n
Comfort providing telehealth services and using an electronic health record.
n n - n
Scheduling flexibility sufficient to meet client demand and participate in necessary consultation, supervision, and interdisciplinary activities.
n n - n
Ability to provide services legally and ethically to Massachusetts-based clients, including maintaining any authorization required in Massachusetts and in the jurisdiction from which you practice.

Independently licensed Clinician, $45.00–$46.00 per hour. Current Massachusetts independent clinical licensure in an eligible discipline, such as LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT. Candidates must remain in good standing and practice within the scope of their license.
nSupervised Master’s Level Clinician, $42.00–$43.00 per hour. Actively pursuing independent Massachusetts licensure and maintaining timely progress toward required supervised clinical hours, supervision, examinations, and all other requirements of the applicable licensing board. Practice must remain within the scope permitted by law and under the supervision of an appropriately licensed clinician.

This position may be performed remotely, but all assigned clients will be based in Massachusetts.

Remote clinicians must maintain a confidential workspace, reliable internet access, and appropriate technology for secure telehealth services.

The role regularly involves sitting and working at a computer for extended periods and may require lifting up to 15 pounds.
