Job Description
Health Information Technology is seeking (1) Federal Work Study student at 12 hours per week for the Fall 2026/Spring 2027 terms. Duties include:
- Help with clerical support/take messages
- Copying, printing, scanning, shredding, and organizing course and program materials
- Updating spreadsheets for enrollment tracking
- Compiling data on students who have passed/failed the registry exam
Required Qualifications
- Organized
- Attention to Detail
- Knowledge of administrative duties to include Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel
- Well versed in how to answer the phone and take messages
- Experience with the Health Information program would be an added bonus
