Federal Work Study - Athletics Grounds Maintenance and Operations Assistant

Athletic Field Maintenance AssistantThe purpose of this role is to assist the department in maintaining athletic fields to include weed-eating, raking, shoveling, scrubbing uniforms, hauling off trash, cleaning athletic storage areas, pressure washing, painting, hammering, and any other odd jobs that need to be completed.Responsibilities:Weed-eating Odd Jobs to include: weed-eating, blowing walkways, pressure washing, trimming bushesCleaning/Laundry Game Day duties (if needed)Required Qualifications:Must be a current Albany State Student enrolled in six or more undergraduate credit hours or three or more graduate credit hours.Preferred Qualifications:Ability to carry heavy equipment Ability to work in heat and cold Ability to work equipment such as weed-eaters, blowers, lawnmowers, and a hammer Ability to work with several different coaches and communicate with coaches from all sportsRequired Documents to Attach:Cover letter.
