Our district includes the following 16 counties: Alachua, Bradford, Citrus, Columbia, Dixie, Gilchrist, Hamilton, Hernando, Lafayette, Lake, Levy, Marion, Putnam, Sumter, Suwannee and Union.The federal work study administrative/assistant position is responsible for supporting WellFlorida's fiscal and administrative services team with administrative/office tasks along with supporting other programs and departments when needed. Public health projects can also be discussed and worked on if approved by management.Essential Functions and Responsibilities:Copying and scanning invoices and important documentsFiling invoices and other documents as neededSorting, organizing and shredding documents as neededPreparing materials to be distributed at events/meetingsAssist staff with deliveries and visitorsWorks closely with fiscal and administrative services team but may work with other programs/departments as neededMaintains safe, secure and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures; complying with legal regulationsOther duties and projects may be assignedExpected Salary: $14/hourMinimum Requirements:Must have a minimum of 2.5 cumulative GPAMust be in good academic and conduct standing with the UniversityMust receive or be eligible to receive Federal Work StudyMust be able to work within our operating hours.
