Providing full lifecycle staffing and recruitment support, the fully remote Federal Staffing Specialist will manage Federal hiring actions from job analysis through personnel action processing. Key responsibilities Provide cradle-to-grave Federal staffing and recruitment support Consult with hiring managers on recruitment strategies and develop job analyses and assessment criteria Review applications and conduct eligibility and qualifications determinations using OPM standards Required qualifications 4 years of experience in full lifecycle Federal staffing and recruitment Strong knowledge of OPM qualification standards and Federal staffing regulations Experience using automated Federal staffing systems Current Delegated Examining (DE) Certification preferred, but not required
