Leading a team of subcontract specialists, the full-time Federal Senior Subcontracts Manager will oversee the full lifecycle of subcontractor performance, develop strategic subcontracting initiatives, and act as a business advisor for project teams in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Manage subcontractor performance from solicitation through closeout, ensuring compliance with FAR and DFARS Develop and implement subcontracting strategies to enhance business outcomes and solve complex issues Lead negotiations and contracting efforts, focusing on terms, pricing, and performance metrics Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 7+ years of professional experience, or equivalent education and experience Extensive knowledge of various subcontract award types and compliance with FAR/DFARS regulations Experience with ERP systems, particularly Coupa, and Contract Lifecycle Management systems Proven leadership experience in a customer service-oriented team environment within a matrixed organization Expertise in supporting U.S. Government requirements, preferably with the Department of Defense
