Working remotely, the Federal HR Domain Subject Matter Expert will serve as a functional authority on federal personnel action processing, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements while supporting data migration and configuration decisions for a government contract. Key responsibilities Serve as the functional authority on federal personnel action processing, including legal authority codes and SF-52/SF-50 processing Interpret and apply federal personnel action guidelines and support configuration decisions for regulatory compliance Advise on compliance tracking and audit trail requirements, and assist with data migration mapping to federal data standards Required qualifications US Citizenship is required An active Public Trust level clearance is required Undergraduate degree or equivalent years of experience 6 - 8 years of federal HR operations or related technology experience, including 3 - 4 years in a consulting role Direct knowledge of the Guide to Processing Personnel Actions and federal HR data standards
