Federal Electrical SuperintendentPanhandle Power Solutions is hiring a battle-tested Federal Electrical Superintendent for active work on Fort Liberty, North Carolina. This is not an entry-level opportunity. We are looking for a seasoned professional who has lived on federal job sites, understands the unique demands of DOD construction, and can lead a crew with minimal supervision.

If you've spent years navigating USACE requirements, managing subcontractors on secure installations, and delivering projects on time without cutting corners, let's talk.What you'll own:Full day-to-day field leadership of the electrical scope on a federal installationSubcontractor scheduling, manpower coordination, and equipment accountabilityDaily interface with foremen to drive progress, solve problems, and hold the line on qualityCoordination with the Project Manager on schedules, updates, and look-ahead planningSafety compliance, site orderliness, and adherence to EM 385-1-1 and all federal requirementsDaily field reports, RFIs, field orders, and all site documentation (Procore)Coordination with inspection authorities to secure approvals and keep work movingProgress meetings with project stakeholdersWhat we require – no exceptions:5–10 years of electrical superintendent experience, with a clear track record of proven past performance on comparable projectsFederal construction experience is mandatory: you must have worked on federal property and know what that environment demandsDOD/USACE project experience: you understand the standards, the scrutiny, and the paceMust be a U.S. Citizen and able to pass a federal background check / security clearance screening, and Pacer background for Base accessExperience with Medium Voltage systemsStrong ability to read and build from drawings, specs, and contract documentsProcore proficiency required: used dailyOSHA 10 minimum; OSHA 30 strongly preferredValid Driver's License with clean recordCompensation & details:Pay: $115,000 – $130,000 per yearJob Type: Full-timeLocation: Fort Liberty, North CarolinaTravel: This position will extend to additional sites and projects.
