ITC Federal, LLC is seeking a Capture Manager in Fairfax, VA for a hybrid role (3 days onsite, 2 remote). You will lead capture across the lifecycle, shape winning strategies, and coordinate with executive leadership, operations, and proposal teams to advance complex federal contracts.
The ideal candidate has 5+ years in federal capture and strong experience with RFP/RFQ/RFI analysis, pricing collaboration, and proposal development. Travel to customer meetings and industry events is expected.
