The Wilkinson Firm seeks an experienced Federal Capture Consultant to identify opportunities across SAM.gov, GSA Schedules, and agency forecasts, shaping teaming strategies and driving submission readiness for federal contracts. You will build a capture function inside a founder-led firm, manage prime and sub relationships, and coach roles as they come online.
7–15 years in federal capture and a track record of $1M+ awards are preferred, with Shipley training and DoD/HHS familiarity.
