Federal Account Manager

Experienced in federal sales, the full-time Federal Account Manager will independently manage account expansions and renewals while collaborating with Federal Account Executives, focusing on upselling and customer engagement in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Lead expansions within existing accounts and identify upsell opportunities through customer engagement Own the renewal process by actively engaging customers and collaborating cross-functionally for smooth renewals Maintain strong CRM hygiene and provide insights to improve territory execution Required qualifications 3-5+ years of experience in sales, account management, or renewal management roles Proven ability to manage multiple sales cycles simultaneously Experience using CRM systems, preferably Salesforce Familiarity with the Federal buying cycle and procurement considerations This role may require obtaining and maintaining a U.S. security clearance
