Key Responsibilities Client Relationship Management Account Ownership & Growth Capture and Proposal Support Required Qualifications 5+ years of federal business development, capture, or account management experience, with direct HHS exposure Demonstrated understanding of federal procurement processes, contract vehicles, and the proposal lifecycle Ability to read and interpret procurement documents and translate findings into actionable capture strategy Strong relationship-building skills with both government stakeholders and internal technical teams Excellent written and verbal communication skills
