Fastening EngineerThe purpose of the fastening engineer is:Lead global fastening tooling and standards to support future programs, campaign prevention, and reaction plans for Ford North America Final Assembly manufacturing facilities.Lead program-specific fastening project and strategy during development phase of the program through sourcing and purchase order issuance.Execute overall fastening strategy, seeing it through to delivery and implementation.Define, maintain, and update fastening tooling standards.Assist in the development of and ensure full alignment on program costing.
