What You’ll Do
As a General Manager, you will be the leader of your restaurant’s Meatcraft® and the guide for your Restaurant Management Team and Team Members through performance, engagement, and training initiatives. You will oversee local store marketing, drive sales and profit goals, and ensure the restaurant delivers the top meats and customer experience.
Qualifications
- Have at least one year of restaurant or retail management experience.
- Have impressive examples of providing exceptional customer service.
- Eligible to work in the U.S.
