Responsibilities
- Lead your restaurant’s Meatcraft®.
- Lead the Restaurant Management Team and Team Members through performance, engagement, and training initiatives.
- Drive local store marketing to reach sales and profit goals.
- Ensure the restaurant delivers top-quality meats and meets performance targets.
Qualifications
- At least two years of restaurant general management experience.
- Impressive examples of providing exceptional customer service.
- Eligible to work in the U.S.
Benefits and Compensation
Salary: $50,000 - $65,000 per year. Salary range above represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. Actual placement within this range will vary based on experience, education, training, and location.
