Job Overview & Responsibilities
As a General Manager, you will lead the restaurant’s Meatcraft® and work closely with the Restaurant Management Team and Team Members to ensure high performance, engagement, and training. You will develop local store marketing initiatives and help achieve sales and profit goals, ensuring the restaurant delivers top-quality meats.
Qualifications
- At least one year of restaurant or retail management experience.
- Impressive examples of delivering exceptional customer service.
- Eligible to work in the U.S.
