Responsibilities
- Lead your restaurant’s Meatcraft® operations as General Manager.
- Guide the Restaurant Management Team and Team Members through performance, engagement, and training initiatives.
- Execute local store marketing efforts to reach sales and profit goals.
- Ensure the restaurant consistently delivers the highest quality meats.
Qualifications
- At least two years of restaurant general management experience.
- Impressive examples of providing exceptional customer service.
- Eligibility to work in the U.S.
