We are looking for a General Manager to lead our Arby’s restaurant. The GM will oversee daily operations, drive performance, engage the team, and achieve sales and profit goals.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the Restaurant Management Team and all restaurant staff.
- Manage daily operations to ensure excellent customer service.
- Implement performance and engagement initiatives.
- Assist with local marketing to drive sales and profit goals.
- Ensure the restaurant delivers high‑quality meats in line with brand standards.
Qualifications
- At least one year of restaurant or retail management experience.
- Track record of providing exceptional customer service.
- Eligibility to work in the U.S.

Compensation
Salary: $60,000 – $72,000 per year. The exact placement within this range depends on experience, education, training, and location.
