Job Details

Position: Stylists & Personal Shoppers

Referral Partner: Crossing Hurdles

Type: Hourly Contract

Compensation: $35–$40/hour

Location: Remote

Duration: 1-2 months (Extension feasible)

Commitment: 10-40hrs/week

Role Responsibilities (Training support will be provided)

• Design and evaluate advanced shopping‑assistant AI systems by creating realistic shopper profiles
• Develop high‑quality prompts and rigorous evaluation rubrics for product‑recommendation tasks
• Apply expertise in trend spotting, brand benchmarking, and translating shopper needs into actionable recommendations

Requirements

• Strong professional experience in celebrity or editorial styling, retail buying/merchandising, e‑commerce category management, or related consumer‑shopping roles
• Proven ability to create retail assets such as inventory scorecards, product‑content libraries, and campaign‑ROI reports
• Excellent written English and strong attention to detail
• Access to a desktop or laptop computer (Chromebooks are not supported)
