Field Specialist PositionWe are currently seeking a highly-motivated, knowledgeable, and friendly field specialist to join our Farmfit team working with biotechnology in the dairy and beef space. In this full-time, customer-facing role, you will travel to customer herds to assist in sales, installation and training of new customers, and to deliver exceptional customer service. You will demonstrate your technical knowledge of our various product options in a friendly and helpful manner, treat potential customers with the utmost respect, and ensure a professional experience to drive success for all customers.STgenetics® is the worldwide leader in Sexed Semen and Embryo production.

ST through the experience of its staff specializes in helping find quality livestock, semen, and embryos for placement domestically and internationally.Responsibilities/DutiesProvide site survey and installation of equipmentContinuously grow knowledge of ST product linesTravel to customers sites for installation, training, and trouble shootingProvide continual customer supportDemonstrate product functionalityCommunicate all technical specificationsWork cooperatively with sales teamRemain in compliance with company guidelines at all timesEducation/QualificationsCollege degree in animal science or related field and/or experience and knowledge of the dairy or beef industriesAble to memorize and recall product specifications and demonstrate value propositionExperience working in a farm environmentAble to work cooperatively as part of a teamDesire to continue to develop skills and knowledgeExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalOutstanding interpersonal skills and a positive attitudeCommand of the English language; bilingual in Spanish desirableStrong work ethic, self-motivatedDemonstrate honesty and integrity at all timesSTgenetics® is an Affirmative Action EEO employer.
