We’re seeking a Farmers Recruiting Manager to drive recruiting efforts across our Northern Ohio district and help identify the people who will shape the future of our Farmers agencies. You’ll recruit new agency owners and agency staff, consult with candidates and agency owners on staffing needs, present the Farmers agency model, and manage a high-volume recruiting pipeline from initial contact through placement.
- $35,000-$55,000 starting base salary

Responsibilities
- Recruit candidates for new agency opportunities
- Recruit staff for existing agency teams
- Consult on agency models and staffing needs
- Present the Farmers agency model to candidates
- Track high-volume recruiting activity and results
- Maintain recruiting reports and performance tracking
