The Farm and Garden Specialist maintains and enriches the practice of regenerative farming at Camp Stevens. This unique role combines maintaining an educational garden environment for guests and campers with growing produce for the camp kitchen. The Farm and Garden Specialist is responsible for the day-to-day management of the gardens, farm animals, landscape, and natural areas of the camp.
Pay and Benefits for Farm and Garden Specialist:
- Hourly Pay: $19.18/hr before food and housing deduction ($13.76/hr), overtime rates based on rate before food and housing deduction.
- Paid Time Off: Paid Sick Time (accrued monthly), 12 paid vacation days per year to start, plus 14 camp-recognized paid holidays.
